Kids Need Art Mini-Grant Program Accepting Applications
LAFAYETTE, Colo.—The Creative Alliance has announced that it is accepting applications for spring 2008 Kids Need Art mini-grants. Kids Need Art is a program founded by The Creative Alliance, a marketing, public relations and design firm based in Lafayette, to benefit elementary and middle school art instruction in Boulder Valley School District.
For the spring semester, Kids Need Art will award five grants of $50, two grants of $75 and one grant of $100 to art teachers submitting winning applications. The grant monies are to be used to support special projects and materials for the teachers’ elementary and middle school art classes.
Applications for spring semester awards are being accepted through December 15. Winners will be announced in early January 2008.
